Operations Manager

\*\*Duties:\*\* - Write quotes and be able to use basic math skills - Be willing to learn vinyl, different types of business signs, ex.
(channel letters, pan face, flex face and road signs) - Willing to learn the different types of vinyl - Manage overall operations to meet company goals - Lead and develop strategies for operational efficiency - Supervise and coordinate various departments to optimize performance - Monitor profit loss statements and financial data - Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence - Provide leadership and guidance to staff members - Implement process improvement strategies to enhance productivity - Oversee sales activities and customer relations \*\*Requirements:\*\* - Proven experience in operations management - Strong project management skills - Proficiency in strategic planning and execution - Demonstrated ability in supervising teams effectively - Understanding of profit loss analysis and financial principles - Experience in business development and market expansion - Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams - Skilled in process improvement methodologies This position offers a competitive salary, opportunities for career advancement, and a dynamic work environment.
