We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate Caregiver or CNA to join our team as a Lead Caregiver! This is a hybrid role that involves caregiving and administrative responsibilities.
With this job, you will have full-time hours, an opportunity to learn various sides of home care, along with the opportunity to travel to various sites to perform your assigned tasks.

Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of administrative tasks including facilitating caregiver hiring days, installing PERS units, supply delivery to client homes, admissions paperwork, recruitment activities, training of new caregivers, and additional administrative tasks as needed.
Fill-in as needed to provide hands-on care for clients including assisting with activities of daily living
Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and Senior Solutions personnel
Travel to various sites to perform assigned tasks

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and car insurance (required)
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds
Ability to bend, stoop, and stand an average of 5 hours per day
Possess a smartphone for - clocking in/out through mobile apps
Reliable transportation with clean driving record
Ability to complete initial and ongoing training
Available to work on a flexible hourly basis including days, nights, weekends, and split shifts
Must be able to complete background check and drug screen per state and company standards
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Strong commitment to reliability and ethical behavior
Ability to work with minimal supervision
