Maintenance Director

Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting ```Duties``` - Oversee and manage all aspects of facility maintenance and repairs - Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules - Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance projects - Conduct regular inspections to identify areas in need of repair or improvement - Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards - Manage the maintenance budget and track expenses - Train and supervise maintenance staff ```Qualifications``` - Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or industrial maintenance - Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, techniques, and equipment - Proficiency in low voltage electrical systems, including logic controllers - Ability to fabricate, install, and repair various components and systems - Knowledge of HVAC systems and controls - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Experience in maintenance management is preferred Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
