POSITION SUMMARY 2nd shift Team Leader-TBMS
Responsible for coordinating, training, and supervising Quality Control Inspector(s) in the sorting, inspecting, testing, and rework of materials, components, subassemblies, and finished products in client and company facilities.
Assure company standards are maintained and product integrity is preserved throughout all inspection procedures by knowing and adhering to the identified standards of safety and quality.
Accurately complete daily service activity paperwork using the following mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
The Quality Control Team Leader works under the direct supervision of the Field Supervisor and/or Operations Manager and relies on oral and written instruction and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
