Wellness Coordinator

Experience working with those with memory care needs is a definite plus.
Responsibilities Include: Maintaining staff schedules under the supervision of the Director of Wellness Coordinating coverage for call-outs and monitoring overtime rates Assisting with move ins, making residents feel at home Training new personal care specialists (caregivers) and assisting with orientation Monitors resident personal care supplies and notifies families when more are needed Measures weights and vital signs of residents Assists with coverage for staff call-outs Helps maintain patient charts, orders, and service plans Other duties as assigned Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older CNA license preferred 2-3 years working in a residential, geriatric setting preferred Ability to use Word/Excel and communicate effectively in English Apply today to begin the interview process!
