Multi-Unit Maintenance Technician
We have an opening for a Multi-Unit Maintenance Technician to support our locations in the Leominster and Woburn areas.
Our Maintenance Technicians play a key role in keeping our stores in top condition by addressing day-to-day maintenance issues.
Traveling between our locations, managing cosmetic and mechanical repairs, and working to meet the highest standards.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilities maintenance, including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, and cosmetic repairs
Equipment calibrations, modifications and repairs
Check, repair and/or replace valves, motors, controls, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, locks
Diagnose and remedy problems, troubleshoot and resolve issues
Preventative Maintenance on properties and equipment to include proper documentation and tracking
Work with contracted landscaping vendors to ensure property grounds are maintained
Maintain spare parts inventory and requisition parts for systems
Maintain safety standards for our employees and guests; Apply applicable OSHA requirements
Maintain an open line of communication with Operations Department including District Managers
Complete work and travel logs daily
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Daily travel within region
Perform other duties as necessary
REQUIREMENTS
Plumbing, basic carpentry and light electrical knowledge
General knowledge of small appliance repair and maintentance
One to three years of maintenance experience preferred
Basic phone and computer skills
Must possess a valid driver's license
Ability to clearly communicate with supervisors, co-workers, vendors and sub-contractors
Able to work a varied schedule
Repeated walking, bending, stretching and lifting of material/equipment up to 80 lbs.
