Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards - Assist with menu planning and development - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area - Monitor food stock levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies - Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations Qualifications: - Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role - Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Please note that this position may also involve catering duties, such as assisting with event setup, serving food, and cleaning up after events.
